What this site collects
Information you give me
If you submit the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to fill in such as company, website, project type, budget range, timeline and your message. I use this solely to reply to you and to discuss the work you are enquiring about.
Information collected automatically
Like virtually all websites, the server records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site working.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the admin area, which applies only to me.
How long I keep things
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as is useful for the enquiry and any resulting work, and are deleted on request. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
Who I share it with
I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. Your details are not passed to third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the service — for example, email delivery infrastructure — or where I am legally required to.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and I will action it.
Client confidentiality
If you engage me for work, anything you share about your business, your systems or your clients is treated as confidential. I am happy to sign your NDA before we discuss specifics. I do not publish client work in my portfolio without written permission.

This site links to external sites such as LinkedIn, GitHub and Upwork. Once you follow a link I have no control over what that site collects, and their privacy policy applies rather than mine.
